REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Roce Jewel, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at Rocejewel@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Rocejewel@hotmail.com

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at Rocejewel@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
